National Gypsum Company has sold the 275,517 square foot warehouse/production building on approximately 14 acres at 175 DeRousse Ave in Pennsauken, NJ.
The buyers, New Mill Capital and Global Equipment plan to use the facility for equipment storage and will offer space for lease.
The transaction was handled by Marc Policarpo, Senior Vice President in Binswanger’s Philadelphia, PA office.
The property is located in a redevelopment area on the Delaware River in Pennsauken, NJ and offers access to Route 130 and convenient access to I-95 via the Betsy Ross Bridge. The site is a 15-minute drive to Philadelphia, PA.
Features of the property include un-insulated metal panel construction in the warehouse and masonry over steel frame in the production area; built up, rubber, and metal roof in some portions; ceiling heights to 21′ and 27′; gas fired heating units in the production area; combination of wet and dry sprinkler systems throughout; all utilities; 26 KV primary power; and 55 paved off-street surface parking spaces.
