New Mill Capital and Investment Recovery Services engaged to offer the Muenster, TX Distillery
Muenster, TX – Whiskey Hollow Distillery and Master Distiller / Owner Les Beasley announced that they intend to sell the promising operation located an hour north of DFW. The distillery which produces double and triple gold medal-awarded spirits including bourbon, whiskey, rum, moonshine, and vodka is fully equipped and includes real estate, intellectual property, and 40,000 gallons of federally reported proof gallons.
Completed in 2021, Whiskey Hollow is positioned on 8.5 acres and the 60,000 square foot facility doubles as an event space near Muenster’s Heritage Park Event Center. Muenster is midway between DFW and Oklahoma City casino country. The distillery is outfitted with high-end late model equipment including a 2,200-gallon high-production multi-spirit copper pot still, 120 gallon per hour copper column still with 24 independent bubble cap sections, 2,500-gallon fermenters, 3,000-gallon mash cooker, and all support equipment. In addition to production capacity, the site features plenty of space for a tasting room and up to 1,000 seats for event center activities.

A microbrewery could easily be added to the footprint for buyers interested in diversifying.”
Whiskey Hollow has a substantial infrastructure with geothermal heating and cooling along with a new 2M BTU boiler and chiller capacity.
